These terms govern the use of this website and the services offered by Monarca Elevate.

Our services

We provide wellness and relaxation services: manual massage, body-contouring techniques, equipment-assisted therapy, facial care, and the sale of natural supplements. Every service is delivered at 706 Grayson Hwy, Suite 213, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.

Not medical care

Our services are for wellness and relaxation. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy or chiropractic care, and they do not replace the advice of a licensed health professional. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or take chronic medication, consult your doctor before booking and tell us before your session.

We will not perform treatment over thrombosis, active infection, fever, open wounds, or during cancer treatment, without written clearance from your physician.

Appointments and cancellations

• Booking online creates a request. The appointment is confirmed once we contact you by WhatsApp or phone.
• Please arrive five minutes early. Arriving late may shorten your session so the next guest is not affected.
• To cancel or reschedule, let us know at least four hours in advance. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the one that applies. Payment is due at the end of the session. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, Zelle and CashApp.

Supplements

Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication. Supplements are sold in store; availability may vary.

Results

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors we do not control, including your habits, health and consistency. We describe realistic expectations honestly and never guarantee a specific outcome.

Conduct

We reserve the right to end a session and refuse service in the event of disrespectful behaviour, inappropriate conduct, or attendance under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

All text, images and design on this site belong to Monarca Elevate and may not be reproduced without written permission. We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always up to date.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
