We work by appointment so we can give you the full session without interruptions. You can book from the form on this page, by WhatsApp, or by calling. If you have something urgent, message us anyway: we can often fit you in the same day.

It depends on the goal. With relaxing massage and equipment therapy you feel the difference the same day. With contouring, wood therapy and anti-cellulite work we are talking about a process: the first changes appear between the third and fourth session, and a lasting result usually takes eight to twelve. We take measurements and tell you honestly what to expect in your case.

It feels intense, but it should not hurt. We always work within your threshold and ask you to keep telling us throughout the session. It is normal for the area to feel tender the next day, like after a workout. If anything is unbearable we dial it down: there is no prize for enduring.

Just bring yourself. We provide everything: robes, towels, disposable garments if you prefer, and oils. Come in comfortable clothes, avoid a heavy meal in the previous hour, and try to arrive five minutes early so you can settle without rushing. For the jade bed or the massage chair you do not need to undress.

Yes. We do not work over thrombosis, active infections, fever, open wounds, or cancer under treatment without written medical clearance. During pregnancy we only perform lymphatic drainage and relaxing massage, always with your doctor approval. If you have a pacemaker, uncontrolled hypertension or recent surgery, tell us before booking and we will guide you.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, Zelle and CashApp. Payment is made at the end of the session. For multi-session packages we offer preferential pricing and you can split payment in two.

Of course. We only ask that you let us know at least four hours in advance by WhatsApp or phone, so we can offer that slot to someone else. We do not charge a cancellation fee; we just appreciate the heads-up.

We work only with verified suppliers and registered products. That said, a supplement is not a medication and does not replace medical treatment: if you take chronic medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor before starting. We tell you exactly this in the consultation.

Yes, we are completely comfortable in both languages. You can book, ask questions and receive your entire session in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
