Privacy notice

At Monarca Elevate we treat your personal information with the same care we treat you in the studio. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Who we are

What we collect

• Appointment form: first and last name, phone number, email (optional) and any notes you choose to share about your health or goals.
• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), topic and message.
• Newsletter: email address and preferred language.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser identifier, kept only to stop spam and abuse. We never store your IP address in readable form.

Why we use it

• To confirm, prepare and follow up on your appointment.
• To answer the question you sent us.
• To protect the site against bots and abusive traffic.
• To send you the newsletter, only if you asked for it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.

Health information

If you tell us about a health condition so we can adapt your session, that information is used only for that purpose, is visible only to the therapist attending you, and is never shared outside the studio without your written consent.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare Turnstile may run on our forms to tell humans from bots. It does not use tracking cookies.
• Google Maps is used to show our location. The map only loads when you scroll to it or press the button, and connecting to it means Google receives your IP address.
• Our hosting provider stores the site and its database on servers in the United States.

Cookies

We use the bare minimum: one session cookie so forms work securely, and one that remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics are ever enabled, IP addresses are anonymised.

How long we keep it

• Appointments: up to 3 years, for our own service history.
• Contact messages: up to 2 years.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Anti-spam records: 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to hola@monarcaelevate.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it — no forms, no runaround.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored hashed, every form is protected against automated abuse, and access to the administration panel is limited to authorised staff.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Minors may receive treatment only when accompanied and authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

Changes

If we update this notice we will change the date at the top of this page.
